Brunke Wolzen is a self taught Oklahoma based artist. Brunke began whats known for ‘Wolzen Art’ in 2014 without any lessons, guidance, or management, only passion and an undiscovered talent. What first started off as a side hobby slowly grew into a true skill as he began to teach himself different techniques and tricks that made his talents stand far apart from the rest. With every piece Brunke would come up with a new way to make it unique. After months of practice and growth, Wolzen Art made his first public appearance at the Pancakes and Booze show at the Oklahoma Farmers Market in 2015. Later that year, Wolzen Art made another appearance at the Peace Love and Goodwill festival. Wolzen Art was not only a local craze, but an international craze with a dedicated and committed fan base. With a rapidly growing Instagram page and following, Brunke began to collect orders from clients in countries such as Dubai, Malaysia, England, Japan, Brazil, Panama, Ireland, Mexico, and many more. Wolzen Art skyrocketing popularity attracted the eyes of various celebrities such as NBA and NFL athletes, and even made appearances in music videos for artists such as Post Malone. Wolzen Art has been continuously sold out for the past 6 years, only accepting pre-orders of pieces due to their incredibly high demand.
Wolzen Art has also received praise from galleries and art admirers beyond the local level. Wolzen Art pieces can be seen in galleries in Los Angeles, New York, Miami, Dallas, and Dubai. Art Basel, one of the most popular art shows that is based in Miami, Florida, awarded Wolzen Art Painting of the Day as part of their Miami Art Week. Wolzen Art was also a featured artist at the Billionaire’s Club Art Basel Closing Party and had pieces on display during the event in 2016.
